Podbean Podcast Geographic statistics are powered by Google Map and make it easy for you to see where your audience is coming from.
You can set up your Podcast Geographic Statistics by following these steps:
1) Log into your Podbean account.
2) Click ‘Statistics’ located in your dashboard menu situated at the top of the page, and then select ‘Geographic Statistics’ located in the sub-menu. Either write down or use the copy feature on your computer to record the ‘Site URL’ podbean have allocated to you for future reference (as shown below).

3) Follow the two-step instructions to set up your statistics. First click on www.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html, which will take you to a separate Google site (as shown below). This will allow you to create your maps.

Paste the ‘Site URL’ that Podbean have allocated to you in the ‘My web site URL’ box (as shown below). Tick the ‘I have read and agree with the terms and conditions box, after you have read these, and then click on the ‘Generate API Key’ button to create your Google Map Key.

Copy and paste this Key in to the box provided on your Podbean page, and click ‘Submit’.
4) Your geographic Podcast stats will then be shown within 2 minutes.
5) Please make sure you correctly copy the Site URL when applying to the Google Map Key or you will find that your statistics do not work correctly.
