FTP Howto

FTP Steps:
Step 1. Get FTP server name, FTP user name and password in your “Account” page by clicking “Account” tab in your Podbean dashboard.
Step 2. Download and install a FTP software, such as, Filezilla . If you are using Windows XP, please download Filezilla_2.2.32 at here. Filezilla 3.0 and above versions have unstable performance in Windows XP.
Step 3. Upload files with your FTP software. You can find instructions on how to upload files with Filezilla at here. Please DO NOT Copy&Paste your FTP user name and password. The Copy&Paste might include extra empty space and cause FTP login failure. Please type your FTP user name and password into Filezilla or other FTP software.
Step 4. Import FTP uploaded files into Media Manager by clicking “Upload”->”FTP Upload” tabs, then click the “Import FTP Uploaded Files” button.
If you use Mac OS, you may use Fetch to do FTP uploading.
