How to Set Up a Private Podcast with Your Podbean Business Account
March 11th, 2008 — faqIf you have a business podcast account with Podbean, you can set your podcast to be private (only accessible to a specific, self-selected audience). Here's how to get started:
Login to your account. Set your channel privacy to "private" by navigating to Settings -> General. That's it! Your podcast is now private.
Next you can add private members who will be able to access the podcast. To do this navigate to Settings -> Add Members. To manage your member list, you can navigate to Settings -> Manage Members.
After a private member is created, a notification email will be sent out with the login information. By following the link in the email, the members can easily view and subscribe to your private podcast, as well as change their password.
