The quickest way to log into your Podbean account dashboard is to click the “Publish a podcast” tab on Podbean.com home page.

Add New Product
Click “Premium” tab in your Podbean dashboard. Then Click “Products” to start add your new Premium Podcast paid subscription products.

Recurring or One Time Payment
You can set your Premium Podcast paid subscription plan to be a recurring payment one(e.g. monthly or annual plan) or a One Time payment Season Pass with fixed start and end date.

Trial Period
You can set flexible Free or discounted trial period for your paid subscribers. It can be couple days, weeks or months.

Regular billing Cycle and the Button Style
You have the full flexibility to set the billing cycle as you want, monthly, annually, quaterly, even days or weeks…
There are 6 ready to go button styles for you to choose. You also can use your own customized button.

Access Control
The “Access Option” let you control if your Paid Subscribers can access the content before their subscription date. This feature is used in most of time when you also sell your former season premium podcast episodes in your Podbean “eStore”.

Activate Premium Podcast Service
Fill the premium content information, title and brief description etc. Click “Save ” button.

Add Premium Products
Click “Products” Tab in “Premium” section, start to add new premium products.

Upload premium content and set to Protect mode
Upload files. Click the “Premium button” to make the premium content files in protect mode.

Publish the premium content
Click “Publish” tab in your podbean dashboard. Select the publish level to “Premium content”. Your uploaded premium content files will be automatically shown in the drop down menu.

Congratulations ! You are done.
Yes. This all you need to do. We take care of all the rest for you. Your premium content will be shown in your podcast site with a special premium subscription link. A special premium RSS feed is automatically created. All your premium contents can only be accessed with a valid subscriber user name and password.

Publishing the Premium content for Paid Subscription
Firstly, the podcaster must publish the Premium Content that will be used for paid subscription. Then a paid subscription link will be automatically be generated for each Premium post. The podcaster may then elect to add his/her own customizable paid subscription widget button to the sidebar (see left), with the user then able to click on any one of the links to go to the subscribing page.

Subscribing the Premium Content
In relation to the user, the Premium Content subscribing page will look similar to the picture on the right. The premium content information that the podcaster listed in their Premium setting page will now be displayed for the user to view and a subscriber can now pay the premium content subscription value listed via Paypal. This is a simple as the subscriber/user clicking on the ‘order now’ button, which will then take them to the Paypal payment page.

Paid subscription Confirmation Messages
After a subscriber makes a payment in Paypal, a confirmation email with paid subscription access information will be sent to the subscriber. The premium content podcaster will then receive a Podbean internal message notice in the Podbean ‘My Inbox’.

Premium Payment Info
Each payment transaction will be shown in Podcaster’s ‘Premium Accounting’ page located in the Premium menu and under sub-menu ‘Accounting’, as pictured left. There is a service fee on each premium payment transaction. Please see our fee schedule for details.

Access Paid Premium Content in iTunes
Paid subscribers can also subscribe to the Premium content via iTunes using a valid user name and password.

Access Paid Premium Content in Premium Subscription Page
Paid subscribers can access subscribed podcasts any time in Premium Podcaster’s site. The url will be http://username.podbean.com/premium-subscription . If the user name is “demo”, the url will be “http://demo.podbean.com/premium-subscription”. Premium subscribers can change password, download subscribed content and subscribe to iTunes all through this page.
